Date March 29th 2023, JINYU (VIET NAM) TIRE CO., LTD organized Ground Breaking Ceremony for “JINYU (VIET NAM) DORMITORY” at Lot CCCN.A9-2, A5 Street, Phuoc Dong Urban – Service Park, Don Thuan Commune, Trang Bang Town, Tay Ninh Province. Investment budget is over 118 billion VND, was built with area 7439.5 m2 to satisfy accommodation needs and improve the quality of life for company employees, phase 1 start to produce in early 2024.
Joining Ceremony has Client represent Mr. DU HAN QING – Deputy General Director of Jinyu (Viet Nam) Tire Co., Ltd, Contractor represent Mr. NGUYEN TRUC THANH – General Director of Tan Phat Long Engineering Corporation and Phuoc Dong Industrial Zone represent.
Mr. Jimii Phan – Director of Delta-Asia Construction Consultancy Jsc attended to congratulate Ground Breaking Ceremony with role is representation of design Consultancy, construction supervision for project.
At Ceremony party, present of Delta-Asia shared happiness when got reliability and trust of Client during past time, also comitted to ensure complete supervision mission, corporate with contractor to ensure complete deadline and quality. Also believe this cooperation will be strong later. Through this project Delta-Asia is continuing to determine our position in Consultant field and construction supervision.
