THE IMPORTANCE OF DESIGN AND PREPARING DETAILED DRAWINGS
Planning a construction or renovation project is exciting and sometimes confused. When you’re anxious to get your project moving it’s tempting to skip the detailed work that goes into pre-construction planning. But, if you take the time to invest in planning, you ultimately will save both money and time.

Design and construction become integrated with the schedule, constructability reviews and estimating. With many years of experience in performing design and construction we have proven to ourselves repeatedly that when design and construction are integrated and properly managed, there will be overall cost savings and time saved.
In most design projects there are three levels of design:
– Preliminary Design – Essentially is a sketch showing the arrangement of items on master plan of a project, the rationality of the rooms, the performance of each block or the elements in a room. Planning and overall vision are also decisive.
– Detailed design – Detailed implementation of the preliminary design drawings, detailed for each component, details of plans, façade, details of the stairs, decoration, details of the electricity and water systems. , air conditioning, information, camera …
– Construction design – This document is the basis for the construction contractor can proceed construction. Construction design is the most detailed, showing the precision of each component, including the equipment, etc., and all the information needed to build it.
