Commitment: Senior management must visibly support supervisors and their role. They must also show positive commitment to site supervision through management procedure of construction law, Delta-Asia procedures.

Leadership: Supervisors need to show their leadership and they need to set a good example to others in both their actions and attitudes.

Communication: Effective communication between supervisors, contractors, site manager, workers and Clients are important during construction progress.

Relationship between Supervisor and Contractor: Supervision has an important role in site and be the link between workers and site management. This can lead to improved health and safety standards on site.

Clear roles and responsibilities: If employees, supervisors and team leaders are not clear about their roles and their responsibilities, this will effect to working efficiency of them and building quality. Therefore, supervision contract must be cleared roles and responsibilities.

– Procedure during construction progress.
– Checklist for checking inspection procedure.
– Computer, ipad will be used to report daily, monthly to Clients. Report site inspection photos to Clients.

The right people for the job must be selected and provided with training. Relevant individuals must have the necessary skills and aptitude for supervisory activities, such as planning, communication, leadership, understanding construction law, etc…
